Many thanks to Sandy Farber Bandier of the UDC Master Gardener program for her generous contribution of the hundreds of lovely light yellow tulips. The tulips are in memory of her father Ted, and our garden is now a part of a chain of others around the District also graced by these same “Tulips for Ted”.
