This is the third annual Kingman Island Bluegrass Festival on the Anacostia River. Five local and regional bluegrass bands will perform at a festival to celebrate this impressive music history and vitality in the nation’s capital. National Get Outdoors Day includes fun outdoor activities such as biking, fishing, rock climbing, canoeing, live music and more. Great for kids and families. Performing bands include:
